Always professional, always helpful and friendly. Very reasonably priced and convenient with message to when to collect following a service. Why would you go anywhere else except 99 bikes?
Have been to this store 3 times and it has been a bad experience every time. Staff seem reluctant and aloof to want to help. Had them put my 9 yr old sons bmx together, the back wheel was crooked and brakes needed adjusting as they didnt work. Charged me $70.

From the moment you walk into the Burleigh Heads Qld store you are always greeted with a smile and a high energy vibe from the Sales staff. Nothing is ever to much for Marcus, Declan, Blair, Cooper, Lehaman, Caleb or Jake. Their knowledge is sensational.
Down in the workshop, Luke the head mechanic, Riley and Bailey are all extremely nice and approachable to deal with in regards to purchasing parts.
Keep up the sensational work! Always a pleasure to do business with.

Cooper was very helpful in giving advice on maintenance and help recommending products for my needs. Also, making an exchange on clothing for a different size hassle free.
Today I went in " just looking", but with the helpful staff I came home with a lovely new bike. The xhop was well stocked and all staff very friendly and professional. Woukd have no hesitation in recommending you shop there!
